He has headed FP&A and Business Transformation functions with companies such as Newland Real Estate and Life Technologies.

Shachin's expertise includes FP&A, Workforce Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Revenue Modeling, and Portfolio Management. He is skilled in solution architecture, project delivery, and building high-performing teams.

More than three decades of experience as a finance and operations leader and advisor, including more than 10 years hands on experience as a CFO and VP of Finance and 20 years as advisor to the office of the CFO.

Tom has deep expertise and a proven track record of driving transformation, having led and managed finance and business transformation projects for more than 80 organizations. Prior to 365 EPM, he led the EPM consulting practice at CohnReznick LLP.

Tom’s areas of expertise include finance transformation, corporate performance management, business intelligence, application of AI and machine learning to enhance forecast accuracy and agility, technology selection, financial risk management and controls, as well as corporate governance and compliance.

Over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining financial planning & EPM system solutions.

He has partnered with business process owners and end users to design and deliver comprehensive, purposeful Financial models aligned with strategic priorities and industry-leading practices. Glen is a Master Anaplaner with 12 years experience working with Anaplan.

Glen has expertise in architecting solutions for Financial Planning, Sales Planning, Territory & Quota Management, Workforce Management , Production Planning & Supply Chain. He previously worked in Finance for Sony Pictures.
